Required Skills 

• Hands on with technology a must and be willing to roll up themselves and get things done.
• Should expertise in PHP technology.  
• Experienced in architecture and design patterns or significant open source technology.  
• Experienced in working as a senior technical leader role.  
• Provide strong leadership to the various team members through mentoring, career development, team work ethic and enabling leadership skills.  

Experience preferred- 8+ years
