Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for the academic excellence of Vedantu’s Early Learning and Speciality programs like Coding, English and Maths. This is an individual contributor role requiring intense cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include

• Tracking the academic delivery of all programs in the Early Learning & Speciality division using
• quantitative as well as qualitative data points.
•  Identifying areas where the student, parent or teacher experience can be improved.
•  Defining experiments and/or pilots to improve the program experience.
•  Coordinating with the training, curriculum and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of the experiments/pilots.
•  Reporting on the success or failure of the experiments with the next steps to continuously improve the program experience.

Eligibility and Experience

•  Graduation Degree in a numerate discipline
•  Minimum 2 years of experience in the education sector
•  Demonstrated ability of working in cross-functional teams and coordinating projects or programs
•  Demonstrated analytical skills
•  Demonstrated ability of writing proposals or defining experiments/pilots
