Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales requirements:Working closely with the sales team of the region to address client requirements.
- Decoding the brief: Taking a thorough download from sales on the requirement, understanding the budget to decide the effort that will be involved in the pitch.
- Brainstorming:Generating creative ideas to solve the client’s brief.
- Internal co- ordination: With the different stakeholders internally to get the mocks / QC etc done.
- Deck composition: Drafting the solution piece and putting it together in the deck format.
- Presentations: To Internal Sales Team for Feedback along with the final presentation to the client. Good Communication skills required.
- Follow ups: Weekly follow ups on the deals pitched to clients.
- Feedback & changes:Keeping in line with the evolving needs of the client on a pitch.
- Download to Execution Team– Communicating the campaign idea and implementation process to the execution.
- Roadshow Planning – Customising solutions and putting a deck together as per the agency requirement and presenting the ideas during the roadshow.
- Community Team Alignment – For planning the monthly calendar and sponsorship packages based on the events / occasions. For Eg: Republic's Day special campaign or IPL Packages.
Skill Requirements:
- 5 + years of experience in creative Strategy and ideation
- Adept at making presentations
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Should make complex business topics clear through business presentations that are easy to understand and visually pleasing to the eye
- Should have creative bent of mind and aesthetic approaches in every work he or she does.
- Sound understanding of social media
- Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads
- Perseverance, Hard-working and target-driven as sales is not easy
- Extrovert with good interpersonal skills to develop client relationships
