Job Role:

• Leads a team of minimum 20 UO / CE & Power Platform Architects, Developers and Consultants to deliver client engagements. 
• Recruits and trains UO / CE & Power Platform Architects, Developers and Consultants into HSO 
• Project and Delivery Management
• Ensure teams utilization to meet HSO's standards. 
• Manage employee satisfaction and employee career goals.

Experience needed :

• 12+ years of Industry exposure.
• Must have exposure in skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power platform.
• Candidate must have strong technical / functional background in the above skill sets.
