Project/Engagement Deliverables :

Projects are managed and delivered using Azure DevOps (ADO). Deliverables include:

1) Creating and maintaining project plans in ADO

2) Identifying, reporting, and escalating risks and issues using ADO

3) Define, groom, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories

4) Facilitate Product Backlog Grooming Meetings

5) Facilitate Release Planning Workshops

6) Produce Release Plan

7) Facilitate Sprint Review and Retrospective Meeting

8) Implement sprint process improvements

9) Manage and monitor project costs against budget

Overall Scope:

The scope of the project includes:

1) Replace and retire legacy application as soon as possible (remove support burden and mitigate business risk)

2) Modernize the technology stack by meeting users where they are; remove the requirement to work on a VPN-connected Windows desktop and provide a browser and device agnostic experience.

3) Enhance the user experience by enabling full integration of the custom solution with the O365 suite, including Excel Online and Teams.

4) Seamlessly integrate with other GT application components such as data ingestion and third-party system connectivity to ease administrative burden and lower the cost of delivery for end users.

5) Allow our professionals to focus their efforts on analysis and interpretation to bring greater value to our clients and execute on new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications necessary for this position:

1) Previous experience working with scrum teams

2) Experience using project management tools such as ADO or Jira

3) Proven ability to prioritize and drive solution-centric efforts across geographically distributed Agile teams of business and technology professionals.

4) Highly action-oriented, with a leadership style characterized by strong influencing skills; someone who is a change agent who can build collaborative relationships.

5) Strong organizational skills including critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

6) Strong and demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, collaboration, negotiation, influencing, and leadership.
