Job Description

Analyze and review business, functional and technical requirements.
Document and develop code according to specifications and standards.
Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution.
Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required.
Manage end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue tracking communications, and change management.
Manage/lead resource requirements, develop estimates and work on project plans and provide for a deliverable, schedules, communications, and quality of projects.
Work with the development team to troubleshoot development environment, production environment, performance tune, and optimize code
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong understanding of the software development cycle, including the Build and Release management aspects.
Experience in Apex and Visual Force
Programming Experience in creating and maintaining custom Apps in Salesforce
Experience in Sales-force APIs and integration with external applications i.e. Informatica etc..
Good understanding of Cloud Computing.
Having a Sales-force certification as a developer is a must.
Knowledge of various design patterns.
Must be willing to dive into software environments and technical issues.
Ability to take direction from all levels.
Exhibit a high level of individual initiative and ownership.
Educational Qualification: Any B.Tech/B.E, BCA/MCA, MBA, etc.
Experience- 4 -8 Years
