i. Monitor, maintain, debug and troubleshoot desktop incidents, hardware failures, Wireless and Networking problems.
ii. Install, configure, update, monitor and troubleshoot various OS’s, Applications, Internet Browsers, Anti-virus software.
iii. Guide remote users and/or fix troubleshoots remotely.
iv. Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops
v. Provide support to voice equipment including support for VOIP voice devices such as plugging in the headsets and carrying out headset settings
vi. Backup administration
vii. Reviewing application and system event logs
viii. Configuration, Installation, re-installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of peripherals like printers, scanners etc.
Skills Required
i. Knowledge of all Operating Systems, OS Applications, Networking, Security and Antivirus software.
ii. Hardware troubleshooting knowledge.
iii. Strong problem-solving skills.
iv. Networking knowledge
v. Ability to communicate clearly (Verbal & Written).
vi. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
