A Day in the Life
Our System Engineer I deals with all aspects related to the maintenance, repair and support of systems and storage products to ensure continued operation and functionality. This role will act in a technical support capacity to ensure quality services are provided to both internal and external clients. You will be part of a highly skilled team who acts as a top tier escalation point for questions related to your expertise. This will require that you serve as a mentor and leader for others in the organization and work to continually improve processes and practices at all time
