Description:

iQuasar Software Solutions is looking to hire a Technical Business Analyst to support the organization’s various internal and external digital transformation efforts. The business analyst will gather requirements, understand user needs, develop user stories, and work with a project team to align information technology systems with business operations. The Analyst will work with stakeholders and technical team members to map, analyze, and document business processes and projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Elicit user needs and business requirements by interviewing end-users and understanding their interactions with various processes and systems

• Document processes, user stories, and user experience and map them to technical requirements for various automation tools

• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions

• Prepare business proposals and wire-frames

• Perform system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services

• Efficiently integrate new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services

• Ensure end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments

• Monitor product licenses and ensure compliance with IT industry norms and regulations

• Promote system efficiency and security by integrating performance metrics and encryption

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience working as a business analyst with experience delivering successful digital transformation initiatives 

• Excellent knowledge of software tools used to gather business requirements and document user stories

• Good eye for user experience and user interfaces 

• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills with a sound ability to explain complex technical issues in business terms

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of similar education or relevant experience 

• Teamwork, a high level of initiative, excellent analytical thinking is a must

• Well developed data analysis, problem-solving, and technical business analytic skills

• Solid foundation in data literacy and producing insightful and data-driven reports
