The Role

We are looking for an experienced Product (UI) designer to design our CX Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers, product managers and UX designers in agile teams.

•     Work with business teams to identify problems and come up with right design. Translate business requirements into attractive and elegant user interfaces adhering to style standards, typography, and graphic design.
•       Create prototypes for testing new ideas, catch design weaknesses and perform usability testing.
•       Visualization of human-centric UI designs. Design new user interface designs (HI-FI), optimize existing user interface designs.
•       Present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporate feedback
•       Develop and maintain documentation regarding style guidelines

Requirements

•      1 to 3 years of experience as a UI Designer.
•       Hands-on experience in creating elegant, user-friendly, and straightforward ideas for products.
•       At least 1 years of experience in visualizing designs using Sketch, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe XD
•       Collaborate with the stakeholders to see an idea through conceptualization, design, validation, and development.
•       Attention to detail, able to understand users pain points, and have a keen eye for aesthetics
