Job Description: 

Good articulation skills
Good aptitude to learn Process, Standards (ISO) or Framework (ITIL)
Good to have: Background in Maths or Statistics.
Some knowledge on working with Excel or PowerPoint
Knowhow about what process or standard operations procedure would mean
Responsible for process defining and development
Basic checking of the process adherence
Has knowledge about differentiating a bad quality product from good quality product
Has good written and oral communication skills
Has the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and can work closely with stakeholders to achieve goals
Has analytical skills.
Good attitude
Aptitude to learn quality concepts
