As a Senior Data Analyst in the team, you will develop a deep understanding of the Insurance business, the process InsuranceDekho follows to optimize operations and the underlying data. You will ideate with stakeholders and create analysis and reports around performance metrics essential for day to day operations. Also, you will contribute to decision making that will help the company further optimize its operations, creating impact on the Top and Bottom line of the company.
To be a successful Senior Data Analyst, you must have a robust background in data analytics and data visualization, be comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines. Further, you must also be able to work independently on analytics projects focused on driving impact for the business.
Finally, your communication skills must allow you to work elegantly and professionally with cross-functional stakeholders, and influence data driven decision making.

Job Responsibilities:
- Understand business problems, propose and independently implement immersive data analytics solutions and generate actionable insights
-Use knowledge of SQL to write optimized queries
- Independently create and present analysis to end stakeholders with focus on impact
- Independently create impactful presentations/dashboards on BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Draft responses to time-sensitive data requests from team members that are accurate, digestible, and easy to understand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product and business teams outside of the analytics team
