DXCTechnology India is seeking great talent to join our ICX (Intelligent CustomerExperience) Group for Salesforce Practice.

TheICX (Intelligent Customer Experience) group works with customers to driveexceptional customer service by giving customers access to information andservices anywhere, anytime and from any device. We build industry leadingsolutions built on the right CRM platform to manage full life cycle of customerrelationship combined with intelligent analytics. We look for candidates who haveworked on complex org merge project. With expertise around Salesforce standardfeature and data model. Must have skill- tools for metadata and data mergebetween unconnected Salesforce org.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mandatory Skills:

•  7+ years of CRMimplementation experience with minimum 5+ years Salesforce architecture design experiencewith multiple salesforce clouds.
•   Lead technical data/metadatadiscussion sessions; architect and document technical merge solutions alignedwith client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current anddesired end states
•   At least 2implemetation in Orgmerge
•   Proven experience workingwith clients across cloud transformation projects with focus on at least 2 ofthe Salesforce.com major platforms (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
•   Drive, through governanceand attention to critical decisions, adherence to standards and best practicesin domains such as: Security, Performance, Integration, Analytics, Mobile,Release Management and Development Lifecycle.
•   Excellent written and oralcommunication skill

Required Technical skills:

•   Expert level experiencewith Salesforce configuration, customization, programming with APEX, APEXTriggers, Visualforce, Chatter, Apex Data Loader etc.
•   Understanding of SalesforceDeployment Process and tools like ANT, Change Sets and Force.com IDE, Gearset.
•   Active Salesforce data Architectcertifications and other relevant certifications.
