Job description for the position of "Android Developer." 

We are looking for an exceptional Android Developer eager to deliver a best-in-class mobile application. This is your opportunity to be a part of an exciting start-up and work on a disruptive product which will be used by millions around the world. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform. 

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. 

• Collaborating with UI and UX Designers, as well as Software Testers, to ensure that each app is presentable and in perfect working order. 

Required Skills/Experience: 

• 2 to 4 years of proven software development experience. 

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK and different versions of Android. 

• Excellent coding and proofreading skills. 

• Proficiency in Java and database applications. 

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services. 

• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. 

• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
