Job Title: SAP HCM On Premise ABAP | 9-Team Lead/Consultant 

Key Responsibilities

1 Able to understand the client requirements, 

2 Able to understand the existing client landscape technically and functionally 

3 Design solutions independently

Technical Experience

1: Should have experience in overall project delivery and should be able to guide the Junior resources towards delivery in SAP HCM or SAP GL space 

2:He/ She should be able to do the long term impact analysis and identify/propose solution accordingly

3:Good to have an exposure to HR areas like Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, HR ABAP and ESS/LSS

Professional Attributes

1:Strong verbal and written communication skills is must as this role would majorly involve client discussions to understand requirements, propose viable solutions and drive delivery
