Job Title: SAP HCM Organizational Management | 8-Associate Manager(9-Team Lead/Consultant)

Key Responsibilities

1 Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements 

2 Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with client Understand the ASIS and TOBE process and prepare Blueprint Document with Gap Analysis and mitigations 

3 Should be able to provide Functional Specification to the technical team for module related developments 4 Responsible for supporting the existing HR landscape

Technical Experience

1 Minimum of 8years of experience in SAP HCM Module for ECC and S/4HANA 2 

2 full cycle implementations of SAP HCM module in ECC/S4HANA 

3 Expertise in PA, OM, ESS/MSS payroll, Time management, PMS and HR reporting 

4 Should have extensive knowledge on PCRs, schemas with respect to time evaluation

Professional Attributes

1 Prior team management experience

2 Should take complete ownership of the HCM module 

3 Must have proper communication, analytical, problem-solving skills 

4 Should be able to finish the work within deadlines 5 Certification preferred 6 Must have client facing experience
