Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll | 8-Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities

1Support/maintenance of SAP Payroll system for a country 

2 Take care of legal changes/note implementations as part of RD cycle 

3 Own and ensure end to end completion of all the payroll processes for each payroll cycle 

4 Deep SAP HCM Payroll skills 

 5 Experience in working with Custom developments 

6 Exposure to all Payroll topics, Break fix and incidents 

7 Exposure to multiple country payroll processing

Technical Experience

1 Strong experience in HCM implementations or support 

2 Payroll and Time management configuration skills 

3 Schema/PCR configurations

Professional Attributes

1 Exposure to multiple country payroll processing 

2 Ability to take over the country payroll and handle it without much issues 

3 Good communication skill is mandatory as this is a client facing role
