We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Deliver Application product backlog items across the end-to-end Platform as part of an agile team in a DevOps environment spanning architectural layers, including middleware and database. Delivery work may include supporting designing, coding, testing, installing, and documenting as well as supporting application programs.

● Deliver Application product backlog items with high quality and fast speed-to-market using continuous integration and deployment pipeline

● Identify and raise opportunities for continuous improvement in the Application health and performance, from both a delivery and operations perspective. This may include automated testing, automated scripts for deployment and developing code which is easily tested

● Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to successfully design, develop and support software application to deliver business outcomes in an agile, DevOps environment as part of a team

● Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.

● Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation

● Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform

● Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.

● Performs regular reviews on implementation done by less experienced developers and offer feedback and suggestions for those codes

● Mentors the junior and mid-level developers of the team, and can designate tasks to team members in a balanced and effective manner

● Sets up a development environment on their own, and has the ability to mentor a team of junior developers.

Skills and Experience:

● Demonstrated experience in full Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical analysis and solution design and implementation.

● Strong experience with Salesforce platform programming languages and frameworks – especially with SF Service & Sales cloud, Einstein

● Knowledge of collaboration tooling (JIRA/Confluence), documentation of issues, defects, and user stories.

● Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, BitBucket, Jenkins, Jira, Force.com Migration Toolkit & Salesforce DX.

● Strong expertise with declarative Salesforce Platform development tools such as Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Debugging with the Developer Console, Lightning App Builder, etc.

● Experience in building Web Service enabled applications and APIs (SOAP and RESTful) is highly desirable.

● Qualification or certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator & Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Certification is required

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I - Certification is required

● Experience Required – 5 to 8 years
