Job Title: DISASTER RECOVERY EXPERT

· 3+ years of experience in governance, planning and execution of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery exercises

· Good knowledge of Disaster recovery planning for critical applications and related mission critical data center infrastructure

· Thorough understanding of ITIL best practices, ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management System) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) standards

·  Practical knowledge using MS SharePoint & MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, etc.)

· Experience with Business Continuity Planning, Auditing and Risk Assessment processes

· Change management and project management/planning skills

· Service Now Business Continuity Management (BCM) module

· Desired soft / advisory skills:

· Excellent oral and verbal communication skills, fluency in English

· Ability to work individually but also to collaborate in a virtual team, with partners and clients

·Strong client-facing and presentation skills
