Autoclave,high pressure electrically heated steam sterilizer is used for sterilization ofinstruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic materials by mean ofsaturated steam under pressure of 20 psi. Autoclave is used in all scientificlaboratories, educational institutions and industries. Construction: Doublewalled construction with boiler made of stainless steel thick sheet. Outershell is made of mild steel finished with powder coating (or) Inner and Outerchamber is fully made of Stainless Steel Sheet also available. AirShower

AirShowers are self contained chambers installed at entrances to clean rooms andother controlled environments. They minimize particulate matter entering orexiting the clean space. Personnel and materials entering or exiting thecontrolled environment are "scrubbed" by high velocity HEPA-filteredair jets with velocities of 20-22m/s (5500-6000fpm). Contaminated air is thendrawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated.

ThisClass II vertical laminar-flow biological cabinet is an open-front, ventilatedcabinet. This cabinet provides a HEPA filtered, recirculated mass airflowwithin the work space. The exhaust air from the cabinet is also filtered byHEPA filters. This type of bio safety cabinets provides excellent protection tousers, products and the environment. While HEPA filters are effective fortrapping particulates and infectious agents, these filters will not capturevolatile chemicals or gases.

Biosafety cabinet class III is a totally closed compact and purelyventilated enclosure having an air tight construction. All theexperiments/procedures are performed through rubber gloves, which are providedat the front of the unit. The primary feature of class III bio safety cabinetsis that they maintain negative pressure of 0.5” or more while in operation. Thesupplies of fresh air are taken inside the enclosure through specially designedhigh efficiency perfect air filters (HEPA). The exhausted air of the unit ispassed through two modules of HEPA filters, which are strategically placed inseries. The air passes through the two filters before being discharged in theenvironment. The exhaust fan for the Class III cabinet is generally separatefrom the exhaust fans of the facility’s ventilation system. These types of biosafety cabinet have complete self sustained exhaust system.

CONSTRUCTION:Double walled robust cabinet, wheel mounted, Insulated with 3" mm superglass wool between the intermediate and exterior walls, which forms the mainstructure. Outer chamber is made of mild steel attractively finished withpowder coating for durable operation. TEMPERATURECONTROL: B.O.D. Incubator is the excellent and reliable Digital temp.Controller-cum- Indicator with RTD Sensor control range from 5 deg C to 60 degC +/- 1 deg C. Hermetically sealed high performance Compressor, air cooledcondenser works efficiently to lower the inside chamber temperature andaccessories provided at the bottom of the chamber. Heating elements made ofNichrome wires are placed in the inner back side of the BOD Incubator. Coolingcoils are distributed all round the chamber and lie in the air circulationpath. Air is circulated by a fan to keep the temp uniform throughout innerchamber.

CONTROLPANEL: All controls and circuitry are housed at the top of the incubator andtherefore protected from spillage. Separate indicator lamps for mains, heatingand cooling are fitted. Temperature setting knob allows the user to select andset any desired temp.

The innerwalls of the working chamber is covered with epoxy coated asbestos or FRP orHDPE lining or as required. The working table is made of acid proof glazedtiles/18mm thick Granite and provided with gas/air Petcocks and additionalpower points, diffused fluorescent tubes. The front shutter is of shatter proofclear glass, framed in suitable structure with vertically sliding facility andis connected with counter weight balancing arrangement.

Theexhaust system consists of a dynamically balanced centrifugal impeller, made ofPVC/FRP, directly coupled with a TEFC industrial motor of 1440 RPM 1Phase or 3phase 230/415 V and control led by a DOL starter with systems ranges from 500CFM to 2000 CFM or above as it is proportional to the dimensions of the hood.Fume exhaust hoods are provided with suitable ducting of FRP or PVC materialwith required diameter and length as per the site conditions.
