We're looking for Product managers, who have a strong, hands-on product build up experience, who can work to define enterprise software and are curious to learn and solve problems in the complex procurement landscape.

• Built products by collaborating across engineering, analytics, marketing, design and other key stakeholders.
• Ability to think big and small. Able to zoom out and view the larger picture as well as be able to focus on the tiny details.
• Product driven mindset in scaling and growing the business 100x through product.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer acquisition and activation strategies to increase user growth.
• Develop strategy and roadmap for one of Procol's core products.
• Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
• Working closely with customers to identify their needs and providing them the best solutions.
• Leverage data insights merged with qualitative user feedback to prioritize the right set of problems and build user-centric product features to test your hypothesis.

• Experience of building products in the FinTech Industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a product role, managing technical software products.
• Experience with user research tools, A/B testing and product growth marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges and simplifying them for a non-technical audience.
• Experience in Market and Consumer research, User Stories / Use Cases.
