● Oversee the implantation, deployment, and integration of solutions, ensuring

successful delivery, high quality, and sustainability of solutions.

● Manage all aspects of solutions deployment and technical operations

● Manage DevOps team, assigning and monitoring workflow and ensuring quality and

efficiency are maintained.

● Plan, build, configure, test, and deploy technology solutions.

● Promote DevOps strategies and implementation goals.

● Test and maintain systems.

● Analyze and approve new code.

What We're Looking For?

● 8+ years of work experience in the DevOps area supporting Agile at scale.

● 3+ years of team management experience (including hiring, performance

management, and leadership) for a team of 10+ members.

● Excellent understanding of SDLC, patching, releases, and software development at

scale, Continuous Integration, and Delivery approaches.

● Strong knowledge of cloud providers offering. Digital Ocean will be an advantage.

● Terraform and Ansible are a big plus. It's okay even if you are a chef, and puppet

proponent.

● Best to have: Hands-On Experience in Digital Ocean, Git Actions, and Lowcode or

No Code platforms experience
