Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor or above in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or in a quantitative field with over 6+ years of experience
Be able to work with stakeholders to identify problems that the team can take up and lead the whole charter
Strong programming skill (preferably in Python, Scala, etc) with a mindset of writing clean and modular code
Sound understanding of modern Machine learnings (Supervised, Semi-Supervised and Unsupervised) and the mathematical underpinnings, and experienced in using different machine learning framework (sci-kit-learn, Keras, TF Spark, MLlib etc)
Exposure and interest in causal inference and explainable ML models (not mandatory)
Detail-oriented and efficient time manager in a dynamic working environment
Self-motivated, independent learner, and willing to share knowledge with team members
Common problem statement would be around customer propensity models, volume projection, incentive structure design, factor attribution models, experiment measurement framework, route planning
