About Us:
VasyERP (Acquired by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.
Intro to Role:
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business. You will be frequently asked to analyze the impacts of change, document and support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a change.
What will you do:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output
- requirements and formats.
- Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
- Analyzing ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
What you will bring:
- 1-3 years of experience working into Business Analysis.
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access and/or SQL.
- Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio
