We are seeking a Sr. Executive- Digital Marketing with extensive hands-on experience in On-Page and Off-Page SEO, SEO strategies, client interaction along with team handing. The ideal candidate should have decent communication.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies and project deliverables for clients.
• Monitor search engine news to stay updated on algorithmic updates and industry trends.
• Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of SEO and organic search methods.
• Oversee technical SEO initiatives, including website architecture, site speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness enhancements.
• Collaborate with web development and IT teams to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
• Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies aligned with target keywords and user intent.
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags and internal linking to maximize content visibility and relevance.
• Coordinate SEO projects between team members, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
• Track project quality and team performance every week, escalating workflow issues as needed.
• Ensure timely reporting of client projects and communication with the Account Manager.
• Keep communication channels open between clients, SEO team members, and the Development team.
• Develop content specifications and review content to maintain quality standards.
• Daily monitor content delivery for off-page SEO and ensure alignment with deployment schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of management information system (MIS) reports to the reporting head.

Your qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role, showcasing a successful track record in planning and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and WebTrends to track and analyze website performance and user behavior.
• Strong skills and proven experience in creating engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing efforts.
• Critical thinking skills to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
• Bachelor in Marketing or in a relevant field
