Responsibilities:
1. Formulate objective-focused digital marketing strategies.
2. Content: Create content assets such as social media captions, SEO content, Ad copy, etc.
3. Advertising: Plan, launch & optimize advertisements on social media & Google.
4. SEO: Good knowledge of On-page & Off-page optimization.
5. Social Media Marketing & Management: Plan, create and schedule platform-focused strategies aligned to the brand and target audience
6. E-mail Marketing: Create drip campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Snov.io, etc.
7. Google Analytics: Analyze metrics and generate actionable insights. Regular reporting for the clients.
8. Basic Designing on Canva/Crello: Create social media posts & Ad banners on Canva/Crello. Photoshop is a plus.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to understand the target audience and content needs.
2. Knowledge of post scheduling and social media management tools like Hootsuite, Publer, etc.
3. Hands-on experience working with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
4. Hands-on experience planning, executing & optimizing Ad campaigns on Facebook & Google Ads. Google Certification is a plus.
5. Basic knowledge of design and the ability to use Canva.
6. Should be self-organized, able to lead, and self-driven.
7. Digital agency experience will be preferred.
8. Knowledge of WordPress & Webflow is a plus.
