Job Responsibilities

• Having experience in inbound and outbound calls for Software Sales.
• Fix the meetings with interested clients.
• Always in contact with the prospect client by calling.
• Prepare Reports of daily activity
• Need to coordinate with the Sales team related to sales activities.
  

Role Requirements

• 1-3yrs of experience in Tele calling.
• Ability to understand Procol's product and its services quickly and adopting sales pitches as per client background
• Fill all client information in a format needed by Procol
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Key Personal Attributes

• Excellent English communication
• Demonstrated ability to call 80-100 calls every day and fix appointments for the Sales team
• Experience in keeping daily track of new calls, followups calls and report the status daily
• Good convincing skill.
• Relentless learner and the passion to pick up new technologies.
