We are looking for Marketing Head having proven 10+ years’ of relevant experience.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Work closely with leadership, sales team and technology/software product managers to drive consensus to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
- Develop the go-to-market, marketing, and communications (internal and external) strategy and execution plan.
- Build a powerful and differentiated global brand at the corporate, industry, capability, and geographic levels.
- Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
- Own brand building and market positioning, content and campaign development, demand generation, lead nurture and sales enablement.
- Establish website and online marketing customer journey/experience maps for all target personas for Indecomm products and services, as well as define website and online marketing plan for supporting the desired experiences.
- Manage all aspects of website design, development, and production and coordinate with internal and external agencies, such as designers, content teams, campaign managers, web developers, product marketing, and marketing operations team.
- Develop all website and online marketing workflows, requirements, standards, documentation, and training to enable marketing team and agency partners to create and submit web content for design, development, and production.
- Create and manage content calendar, in partnership with content teams (corporate, product, and content marketing) with the aim of attracting, acquiring, and retaining customers.
- Monitor and elevate Indecomm search engine optimization.
- Manage content, design, development, setup, publishing, and tracking of web pages performance.
- Have a passion for the latest marketing technology and trends, an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and a get it done attitude.
- Design and execute programs that will drive the strategic goals of the industry group.
- Own the Account Based Marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with vendors.
Must Have
- Proven 10+ years’ of relevant experience.
- A professional marketing qualification, such as MBA in Marketing or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.
- Experience in marketing and advertising products focused on automation technology and software, or Software as a Service (SaaS) – US Market experience is mandatory.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
- Experience with CRM Management, Zoho One CRM preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with teams and vendors are a pre-requisite.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Exceptional organization skills and collaboration skills, as you will need to constantly collaborate and coordinate with external and internal teams.
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management (Jira/Trello/Scrum), CRM (HubSpot/ ZOHO/ Salesforce), collaboration (MS Teams/Zoom /Ring Central) & modern content management systems.
