We are looking for an industry expert and a go-getter who is high on energy and entrepreneurial skills to manage the Digital Marketing function. As a Head of Digital Marketing, you will be the story teller for the organisation and will be accountable for increasing the regional / global awareness, managing new customer acquisitions, and creating digital marketing strategies as we continue our growth trajectory.

 

Roles and Responsibilities 

·       Responsible for leading and implementing the digital marketing strategy

·       Developing and executing digital plans championing ‘digital first’ thinking

·       Providing digital marketing strategic direction

·       Work closely with the brand marketing and local marketing teams

·       Identify and react to current and future digital trends

·       Lead, support and mentor the digital marketing team

·       Create and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns via strong collaboration with product, sales and technical teams

·       You will manage and lead the teams across SEO, Performance and Display advertising 

 

 

Desired Skills and Experience 

·      Outstanding creativity, data driven and ability to think outside the box

·      A passion to succeed and deliver outstanding results          

·      Data enthusiast with very competent numerical & analytical skills

·      At least 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and prior experience in managing large marketing spends

·      Dynamic leader with proven track record of leading organisations through significant change and growth with excellent stakeholder management skills

·      Strong background in multichannel / Digital marketing including CRM, social and website

·      Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google AdWords and other platforms

·      Need to have hands of experience is advertising tech stacks, ad networks and personalisation at scale
