Responsibilities

- Design and manage the life cycle of Synchronous Live Classes including but not limited to scheduling, sanity checks, troubleshooting steps during the class, and post-class experience.

• Help design the Tech/Product for Scale while visualizing the Operational Flow and oversee the implementation enhancements of the product. Drive innovations, small or big, to improve the overall experience of content creators Learners.
• Lead strong cross-functional stakeholder management. Work with Course Teachers Team, Tech/Product Team, Editors/Cinematographers Team to drive action plans.
• Build, lead, manage the Operations Team and multiply their work efficiency.

Desired Skills

- MBA/Graduation from T1 Institute.

• 2-5 years of total work experience in consultancy firms/product companies / fast-growing startups / Edtech companies etc.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Experience in process excellence, process improvement, execution, and RCA.
• Leadership and managerial skills.
• A passion to impact exam aspirants and thus shape-up Education in India.
