Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Content Marketer. The selected candidate will be responsible for increasing our brand awareness, web traffic and conversion rate through the writing and marketing of content online. The candidate will be creating quality and shareable content, distributing content on the appropriate platforms and measuring the results of content activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Plan and execute digital content strategies for social media and website
· Drive traffic and engagement through content that translates to sales and brand promotion
· Measure the results of marketing activity to build future marketing campaigns
· Understand content formats and how they work on different platforms
· Develop unique, engaging, solution-oriented content that can scale
· Edit and bar raise content produced within the organization
· Identify new channels and content formats based on business needs
· Conduct content-focused tests through channel marketing activity and scale results to improve content engagement
· Research on the competition to better understand their strategies
· Create social media monthly calendars
· Deep dive and understand audience pain points to turn them into insightful, action- driving content
· Produce high-quality articles, courses, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, ads, web copy, etc
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
· Interact with content managers, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content
Requirements:
Experience: Maximum 3 years
Educational Qualifications: UG/PG degree in marketing or related field
Additional requirements:
· Experience with writing for social media and online community building
· Data-driven and highly analytical
· Creative mind
· Knowledge of social media analytics
· Excellent written and verbal communication
