Responsibilities - 

• calling prospects and explaining the product and services offered by our clients.
• Contacting existing customers in the database as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data for LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other portals.
• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Candidates should be willing to work in EST/PST shift.

Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

This is a work-from-home opportunity. Candidates need to have a dedicated laptop/ system and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
