The research analyst will be responsible for researching and identifying decision makers with reference to the ideal customer profile provided by the client. This will include performing qualitative and quantitative research, identifying qualifying parameters, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders. This includes conversing with customers on call to understand their product/ service needs, analyzing customer feedback, promoting solutions, and working with the campaign manager to prioritize campaign fulfillment.
The Telemarketer is responsible for creating awareness about the products and services to prospective customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Conduct web research on various web portals such as LinkedIn, Hoovers, Manta, Inside view, etc. to identify prospects.
Develop a list of potential prospects and maintain a prospecting pipeline with appropriate follow-up activities.
Contact prospects via phone to offer products or services and answer any questions they may have.
Work with team members to schedule appointments for presentations or demos.
Supporting initiatives that increase company efficiency and provide a better customer experience.
Perform ad hoc projects related to marketing research or analysis as assigned by management.
Conduct qualitative research.
Maintain a clean work environment by ensuring the company policies are adhered.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university.
A basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Excellent web research skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Should have laptop/ PC with a stable internet connection.
