Associate Director of Marketing

• 10+ years of marketing experience
• Understanding of SaaS companies and metrics
• Bonus if experience in the HR / Talent Space
• Growth mindset: proactive, must take the initiative, and come up with solutions that they can execute
• Keen attention to detail (numbers and content)
• Ability to think strategically but act tactically

General Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness in India / APAC regions
• Manage and support events for India / APAC regions
• Work with APAC sales Leads on ABM campaigns and marketing deliverables
• Work on general marketing campaign strategy (e.g. Q&As, webinars, seasonal hiring, etc.)
• Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversions.
• Own all Website and SEO Optimization. Drive traffic by working with development and content teams to create and deploy content.
• Support in the day-to-day management and mentorship of the India-based Marketing Team, including
  1. Marketing Campaigns Manager
  2. Marketing Copywriter (blogs)
  3. Marketing Operations Manager (HubSpot + Performance Marketing)

Other Points: 

• Reports to VP of Marketing (USA based)
• Work with the VP of Marketing on Global GTM to align India Team to revenue goals

• Report on marketing metrics weekly to help guide and recalibrate marketing campaigns
