About Vedantu
Vedantu is India’s leading online education company which specializes in LIVE interactive classes for students across grades K1-12. It offers individual and group classes delivered by experienced Master Teachers in a LIVE real-time, virtual learning through their patented platform.
What will you be doing?
- Devise innovative growth strategies, by developing a deep understanding of our target consumers
- Have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and driving scale on customer acquisition and driving top of the funnel for the business
- Identify new growth opportunities within your channels and outside to acquire new and engaged users
- Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (content, creative etc.) to identify areas for growth
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization through experiments, continuous A/B testing and generating hypotheses
- Curate insights from FB & LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager to map customer journeys and buyer segments
- Create a performance metrics framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign
Who are we looking for?
- As the ideal candidate, you should enjoy and be willing to take steep targets and spend >60% of your energy and time on Innovation and experimenting across various vectors like CTR, CVR and others
- As the ideal candidate, you have run one or more digital marketing channels for any of the top ecommerce, gaming or edtech or High DAU app companies. Core skill: UAC and FB installs
- You have scaled up apps from 5K-50K or more in the last 18 Months
- Comfortable with Creative, Analytics and Product teams (APP environment)
- You would also need strong analytical thinking. At the same time, you also understand customer needs and evolve our marketing communication on those lines. You are always testing and learning and you’re able to communicate a data-driven, customer-centric story.
- Excellent analytical and insighting skills with strong business acumen
- Able to distill complex information into simple and meaningful insights and messaging and building narratives
- Able to build & test hypotheses for growth & drive initiatives at scale
Preferred Candidate:
- Should have 8-10 years of relevant digital marketing experience
- A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgment
- Use a data-driven approach & derive insights on strategy and performance to effectively manage campaigns and maximize ROI
- Passion & hustle to take on & solve problems individually and within cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaborative working style are a major plus
