What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and craft effective job descriptions.
• Source and attract top talent using various channels and platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit with our culture.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting for Marketing and Content roles.
• A keen eye for talent and the ability to identify candidates who align with our values and goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems.
