About The Role:

A technical recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions. A technical recruiter will work to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates and keep records of applications.  

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  • Screening Applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Arranging telephone, video or in-person interviews.
  • Performing background & reference checks.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paper work.

Requirement:

  • Relevant Experience in IT recruitment process and platforms.
  • Great understanding and knowledge of Job Portals.
  • Good negotiation Skills.
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
