About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, someone who is number driven and enjoys the challenges that come as a part of hiring the RIGHT FIT for an organization.
- Our ideal candidate is someone skilled at using various tools of recruitment, a good eye for talent and the super power to attract skilled candidates.
- The selected candidate is responsible for identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for both Tech and Non-tech roles within the organization using traditional & non-traditional means of recruiting.
What you'll do
- You will be responsible for managing and supporting the entire recruiting process from initial phone screens to offer negotiations and closing-
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks), Headhunting and other relevant sources-
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews-
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details-
- Assess and qualify candidates for role related skills and cultural fit-
- Proactively build talent pipelines for various functions across all levels-
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements-
- Act as an advisor to hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration, and teamwork to hire the best talent.-
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify the staffing needs and proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates-
- Prepare monthly Recruitment metrics and report the same to management.
What you'll bring
- 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a fast growing startup and Tech/SaaS company-
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github, LinkedIn, Instahyre etc)-
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (sourcing, interview, assessment and selection experience)-
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and managing talent databases-
- Provide full support to Hiring Managers during the recruitment process, developing strong working relationships and exceeding our customers-
