Talent Acquisition Specialist/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist would be a part of our People Operations teams. We are an extremely innovative and talented team where we have folks from top business schools and engineers even in our People Ops team. We believe that the People Ops team will be our biggest differentiation given that we are grooming talent from various engineering streams in a hardware start up (something extremely rare in India).

You should be an enthusiastic, and people oriented person. A person who is ready to work on high volumes and under tight deliverables. A well experienced in job portal search, headhunting, networking, cold calling, interaction with the Engineering heads for interviewing process. You should not shy away in doing follow ups with the candidates to ensure joining on time..


We are looking for folks who:


· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· Have 4-8 years of work experience

· Are comfortable in an accelerated learning environment

· Have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a team environment

· Experience in startup hiring would be preferred

· Strong background and capability in LinkedIn Recruiter, Xray Sourcing and other modern approaches.

· Excellent research, sourcing, head-hunting, and candidate engagement skills.

· Passion for and significant experience in building strategic candidate pipelines.

· Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure


We want you to be responsible for:

· Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.

· Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization

· Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements

· Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

· Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and People Operations with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention

· Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
