Description
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with strong business partnering and candidate engagement skills to lead the way. This recruiter will work closely with the technology hiring managers and leadership team to build and execute against a longer-term Talent Acquisition strategy to deliver the necessary talent to support our growth. This role will provide the opportunity to impact significantly to our business as we aim to build the operating system for commerce, through cutting-edge engineering and technology capabilities. Core Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge both skills and chemistry for the right fit, and understand candidate motivation
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
- Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified potential candidates
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies
- 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally across the recruiting process, communicating and partnering with multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM and ATS systems, web search, and other sourcing products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing senior staff - Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of growing new business initiatives - Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results-oriented environment
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
