IT Recruiter with experience on Contractual and Full time hiring , specially on technologies like SAP , QA , BigData and Analytics
Responsibility
This position will see you managing the external recruitment vendors of the client to ensure that the business is well resourced to deliver quality projects within scope; and to build the capacity of the business for further growth.
Your responsibilities will include; sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates to assist internal managers with hiring decisions; booking in medicals, reference checking, preparing employment contracts and facilitating pre-employment meetings; and finessing and promoting recruitment processes and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
Requirements
- To be successful in this position you will have mix of Professional services experience, and recruitment experience , be proactive, well organised and enjoy the process of assessing, selecting and hiring high performing employees.
- Some of the requirements/experiences required for this job are:
- Minimum 2 years of IT Professional Services/Resourcing/Service Procurement experience.
- Must have impressive Vendor management experience.
- Must Have Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT Skills or Technology keywords.
- Preparing and formatting the candidates resumes as per Clients requirement
- Build relationship with registered recruitment vendors; speak to them on regular basis.
- Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing tasks, and resolving problems.
