Title: Senior Manager, Human Resources

Work Location: iQuasar Software Solutions Srinagar or as needed

Work Hours: 02:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M IST

Responsibilities:

• Attract, nurture, and grow the right talent with the right work environment, culture, competitive and sustainable compensation, and a delightful work experience.
• Develop and implement career development, rewards and recognition, compensation, benefits, and performance development strategies for the whole organization.
• Develop strategies to nurture relationships with team members, understand the needs of a diverse team, and build a culture in line with the organizational strategy.
• Review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Use data to review broad organizational talent development strategies and objectives.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of working experience and an excellent understanding of human capital management.
• Strong project management and deployment skills.
• Excellent data analytics and use of software tools background.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with various stakeholders.
• Ability to architect strategy, formulate plans and execute with discipline.
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and employment regulations.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Very comfortable using technology, tools, and software including Google G-Suite productivity tools, and related HR software.
