A minimum relevant experience of 3 years
Prior experience and exposure to Campus Recruiting
Prior experience with system tools including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be a plus
A stronghold over MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
Excellent stakeholder management skills along with good communication skills
Extreme attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure data accuracy
A go-getter attitude with proactive ownership and innovative thought process
Roles And Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruiting operations process including but not limited to candidate experience, requisition management, ATS management, and pre-onboarding activities.
Maintain data & trackers accurately; create reports and perform analysis to draw insights which will help smoother execution of the campus program while ensuring compliance
Provide solutions and help in creating processes to ensure state-of-the-art candidate and stakeholder experience
Plan and coordinate the campus recruiting events and year-round programs to enable hiring throughout the year
Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of sub-programs, special projects, and other initiatives designed to achieve the overall success of the program
