Job Description
We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs.
Responsibilities
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Filling EPF and ESIC returns on monthly basis.
- Handling day-to-day grievances of employees and keeping the record of the same.
- Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
- Responsible for completion of employee's joining formalities.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas..
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Requirements
- Previous 2 yrs experience working as HR Generalist
- In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
